In the early 90s, Santia Bello opened a bakery in downtown Baní, offering breads, cakes, and pastries. Each cake, crafted with care and ornate designs, was made at the family home and brought to the store. Today, Santia's legacy lives on in Boston, MA, serving the same delicious tradition.
