In the early 90s, Santia Bello opened a bakery in downtown Baní, offering breads, cakes, and pastries. Each cake, crafted with care and ornate designs, was made at the family home and brought to the store. Today, Santia’s legacy lives on with locations in Boston, MA, and Lawrence, MA, serving the same delicious tradition.
